Tri-Ed Customers Reap Great Rewards
Woodbury, NY. . . March 2009
Tri-Ed is proud to announce that John Pearson, owner of American Alarm in Norwalk, CT is just one contented customer that’s reaped the rewards of Great Expectations. The program awards customers with points on every purchase made at Tri-Ed that are redeemable for merchandise including electronics, sporting goods and travel.
A long-time customer of Tri-Ed’s Milford, CT branch, Pearson racked up a notable amount of points in the program this past year. Although he’s still weighing his prize options, it looks like a flat screen TV is what he’ll end up bringing home.
Rewards for purchases are a nice perk, especially in this tough economy, but Pearson turns to Tri-Ed for much more. “They keep everything I need in stock,” Pearson points out. “Branch Manager Michele Gabianelli does a fantastic job,” he adds. “Whenever I need technical support or information, she goes above and beyond to give me the help I need.”
Tri-Ed's program delivers added value to dealers and integrators as well as to manufacturers. "Great Expectations was designed to reward our loyal customers and provide a better vehicle for suppliers to build their brands. It's been a highly successful program for everyone," notes Pat Comunale, Tri-Ed's Chief Operating Officer.
The new 2009-2010 Great Expectations program runs April 1, 2009 through March 31st, 2010 in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico and is open to new and existing customers. More information on the rewards program is available at www.tri-ed.com.
