As North America's largest independent distributor of security, low voltage and home automation products, we at Tri-Ed work tenaciously to exceed expectations, one customer at a time. Since coming under the leadership of industry leader Steve Roth in early 2005, Tri-Ed has expanded its products lines, branch locations, staff of trained professionals, and value-added services. COO Pat Comunale and Senior Vice President James Rothstein are also instrumental in refining, re-defining, and restructuring the company, which is continues to grow steadily and rapidly.

Tri-Ed's branch and regional field staff in the U.S. and Canada is comprised of top level people with unrivaled industry experience. On the corporate side, a strong Finance team, Sales & Marketing team, and IT team drive the business from Tri-Ed's Woodbury, New York headquarters.



It's an exciting time in Tri-Ed's history, as witnessed by the consistent opening of new locations across the U.S., expansion of our growing list of vendor partners, and customer confidence we are earning each, and every day.

Training, both internally and for our customers, has been aggressive, through the implementation of our Master's Training Program and our ongoing Technology Tour series. That's because we don't only recognize the importance of delivering the products customers need when they need them, but also the importance of properly training them on their applications and capabilities.

Our infrastructure was revolutionized in early 2006 when we threw the switch on our new Prophet 21 IT system - perhaps the most no-nonsense, effective and sophisticated technology to ever hit the street. This Microsoft certified architecture combines our Canadian and U.S. systems and translates into a marked increase in efficiency on every front for customers, vendors, and staff.

Ongoing specials and product promotions continue to hit the counters at every Tri-Ed location. Online access is also available at each of our branches so Tri-Ed customers can enjoy free and unhampered Internet access to help them quickly get on with the business of the day.

Tri-Ed is creating a culture of strong support and loyalty from customers and vendors. This is especially evidenced in our innovative Great Expectations Customer Loyalty Program. It's a culture we are proud to offer to the industry.

Building upon the track record of Tri-Ed President and CEO Steve Roth to support critical industry causes, Tri-Ed has donated $10,000.00 to SIAC (Security Industry Alarm Coalition). The non-profit organization is comprised of four major North American security associations - Canadian Security Association (CANASA), Security Industry Association (SIA), Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) - and was established to provide resources and information on alarm management issues.
