Our valued supplier partners also offer ongoing Counter Days and training seminars in each branch location so Tri-Ed customers can stay competitive, profitable, and ahead of the technology learning curve. We not only deliver the products customers need when they need them, we also continually train customers on their applications and capabilities.
As part of our commitment to training, we continue to offer our highly successful North American IP Video Technology Tour. The Level I ESA-certified training classes, which cover the basics of networking, IP configuration, and IP / network video recording, have attracted thousands of security dealers and integrators across the US and Canada since 2010. Level II of Tri-Ed / Northern Video's IP training seminar series covers the OSI model, IP naming structure, network design best practices and switch basics. ESA certification for the Level II class is expected to be announced soon, and Level I classes will continue to be offered upon request.
